Here at Kopco Graphics, we look to make your experience as a customer as simple and straightforward as possible. Placing your order with a customer service representative should be as easy as 1, 2, 3! Here is some valuable information to help speed up the process when ordering your labels.

• Provide your Sales Representative or Customer Service Representative with the necessary details to prepare your quote for your new label order.

• Such details include: size, shape, what type of material you want the label printed on, the type of finishing (UV varnish or lamination), the type of adhesive you will need (depending on what kind of surface the label will be applied to), what colors are needed, if the labels will be hand or machine applied, etc.

• Next, fax or email your purchase order to your representative at Kopco. Be sure to include any special instructions for the shipping and invoicing departments.

• Finally, send your artwork files to your representative by email, CD or Kopco Graphics can set up new artwork for you!!
